Method

Burger Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the patties

In a bowl, combine ground beef, salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Mix gently and divide into four equal portions. Flatten each portion and place a slice of cheese in the center of two patties. Top each with another patty and seal the edges to create stuffed patties.

  2. 2

    Cook the burgers

Preheat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat. Cook the patties for about 4-5 minutes on each side or until fully cooked and cheese is melted. Toast the hamburger buns on the grill or skillet for 1-2 minutes.

  3. 3

    Assemble the burgers

Place lettuce, tomato, and pickles on the bottom half of the toasted buns. Add the cooked patties, then top with ketchup and mustard. Cover with the top half of the bun.

Waffle Fries Preparation

  1. 4

    Cook the waffle fries

Prepare the frozen waffle fries according to package instructions, either baking or frying them. If frying, heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot, then fry until golden brown. Season with salt to taste.
