Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, combine bourbon, molasses, soy sauce, apple cider vinegar, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and salt. Mix well.

Marinate the Wings
Add the chicken wings to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 2 hours, or overnight for best flavor.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil and place a rack on top.

Bake the Wings
Remove the wings from the marinade, allowing excess marinade to drip off. Place the wings on the rack. Bake for 25-30 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and cooked through.

Once cooked, remove the wings from the oven and let them rest for a few minutes. Serve with celery sticks and your choice of ranch, bleu cheese, or bistro sauce.
