Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large bowl, combine ground beef, ground pork, ground veal, breadcrumbs, grated Parmesan cheese, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until all ingredients are fully incorporated.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Add the egg to the mixture and mix until combined. Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 inch in diameter. Place the meatballs on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes or until cooked through and browned.
- 4
Prepare the Tomato Sauce
While the meatballs are baking, in a saucepan over medium heat, add your favorite tomato sauce. Allow it to simmer until warm.
- 5
Combine and Serve
Once the meatballs are done, add them to the warm tomato sauce and let them simmer for an additional 5 minutes. Serve hot with pasta or on a sub roll.
