Preparation
- 1
Cook Turkey Sausage
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the turkey sausage links for about 8-10 minutes or until they are browned and cooked through. Make sure to turn them occasionally for even cooking.
- 2
Prepare Jalapeño
While the sausage is cooking, wash and slice the jalapeño pepper. You can remove the seeds for less heat if desired.
- 3
Melt Cheddar Cheese
Once the turkey sausage is cooked, remove it from the skillet and slice it into bite-sized pieces. Return it to the skillet, add the sliced jalapeño on top, and sprinkle the cheddar cheese over everything. Cover the skillet and let it cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, or until the cheese is melted.
