Method
Cooking the Eggs
Cook the Eggs
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, add a little butter if desired. Pour the whisked eggs into the skillet and cook, stirring occasionally, until the eggs are just set. Remove from heat and set aside.
Making the French Toast
Prepare the Mixture
In a shallow bowl, whisk together the milk, one egg, vanilla extract, and cinnamon until well combined.
Soak the Bread
Dip each slice of bread into the mixture, ensuring both sides are well-coated. Allow excess mixture to drip off.
Cook the French Toast
In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Place the soaked bread slices in the skillet and cook for 2-3 minutes on each side, or until golden brown. Repeat with the remaining slice and butter.
Cooking the Sausage and Bacon
Cook the Sausage Links
In a skillet over medium heat, add the sausage links. Cook for about 8-10 minutes, turning occasionally, until they are browned and cooked through.
Cook the Bacon Strips
In a separate skillet, cook the bacon strips over medium heat until crispy. This should take about 5-7 minutes. Remove and place on paper towels to drain excess grease.
