Preparation Instructions
- 1
Make the Dressing
In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, lemon juice, Dijon mustard, Worcestershire sauce, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper until well combined.
- 2
Prepare the Romaine
Wash and chop the romaine lettuce into bite-sized pieces. If grilling, preheat the grill to medium heat and grill the romaine halves for 2-3 minutes until slightly charred.
- 3
Assemble the Salad
In a large bowl, toss the chopped or grilled romaine with the dressing until evenly coated. Add garlic croutons and grated Parmesan cheese, and toss gently.
- 4
Prepare Parmesan Frico
In a non-stick skillet over medium heat, sprinkle small mounds of grated Parmesan cheese and cook for 2-3 minutes until golden and crisp. Remove from heat and let cool.
- 5
Serve
Plate the salad and top with the Parmesan frico for added crunch and flavor. Enjoy your Caesar salad!
