Preparing the Wings

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 425°F (220°C) to prepare for baking the chicken wings.

Season the Wings
In a large bowl, toss the chicken wings with salt, black pepper, and baking powder until evenly coated.

Arrange on Baking Sheet
Place the seasoned chicken wings on a wire rack set on a baking sheet. Make sure they are spaced out evenly.

Bake the Wings
Bake the wings in the preheated oven for about 40-45 minutes, turning halfway through, until they are crispy and golden.

Toss in Sauce
Once the wings are cooked, remove them from the oven and toss them in a bowl with buffalo sauce until well coated.
Making the Blue Cheese Dressing

Combine Ingredients
In a medium bowl, combine blue cheese, mayonnaise, sour cream, buttermilk, garlic powder, lemon juice, salt, and black pepper.

Using a fork or whisk, mix the ingredients together until the dressing is smooth and well combined. Adjust seasoning to taste.
