Method

Steak Preparation

1

Marinate the Steak

In a bowl, mix olive oil, salt, black pepper, and garlic powder. Rub this mixture onto both sides of the ribeye steaks. Let sit for at least 30 minutes at room temperature.

2

Preheat the Grill

Preheat your grill to high heat (about 450°F or 230°C).

3

Grill the Steak

Place the marinated steaks on the hot grill. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side for medium-rare, or until desired doneness is reached. Add fresh rosemary to the grill for flavor.

4

Rest the Steak

Once cooked, remove steaks from the grill and let them rest for 5 minutes before slicing.

Fries Preparation

5

Prepare the Potatoes

Wash and peel the russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to form fries.

6

Heat the Oil

In a large pot, heat vegetable oil to 350°F (175°C).

7

Fry the Potatoes

Carefully add the potato strips to the hot oil in batches. Fry for about 5-7 minutes until golden brown and crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

8

Season the Fries

While the fries are still hot, sprinkle with salt to taste.

House Salad Preparation

9

Prepare the Vegetables

Wash the mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Slice the cucumber and red onion thinly.

10

Make the Dressing

In a small bowl, whisk together olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and black pepper.

11

Assemble the Salad

In a large bowl, combine mixed greens, cherry tomatoes, cucumber, and red onion. Drizzle with the dressing and toss to combine.
