Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Marinade

In a medium bowl, whisk together soy sauce, grated ginger, minced garlic, honey, and sesame oil until well combined.

  2. 2

    Marinate the Salmon

Place the Atlantic salmon fillets in a shallow dish and pour the marinade over them. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for more flavor.

  3. 3

    Preheat the Grill or Oven

Preheat your grill to medium-high heat or your oven to 400°F (200°C).

  4. 4

    Cook the Salmon

Remove the salmon from the marinade, reserving the marinade. Grill the salmon for about 5-6 minutes on each side, or bake in the oven for 12-15 minutes, brushing occasionally with the reserved marinade.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Once cooked through, remove the salmon from heat. Garnish with chopped green onions and toasted sesame seeds. Serve with lime wedges on the side.
