Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Linguini
In a large pot of boiling salted water, cook the linguini according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat olive oil and 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the shrimp are pink and opaque, about 3-4 minutes per side. Remove shrimp from skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add white wine and lemon juice, scraping the bottom of the pan to release any bits. Let it simmer for about 2-3 minutes. Add capers and remaining butter, stirring to combine.

Combine Ingredients
Return the cooked shrimp to the skillet, along with the fresh spinach. Cook for an additional 2-3 minutes, until the spinach wilts. Toss in the cooked linguini and mix well to coat with the sauce.
