Method
Cooking Directions
- 1
Cook the Ravioli
Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Cook the lobster ravioli according to the package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.
- 2
Sauté the Shrimp
In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for 1 minute until fragrant. Add the shrimp and cook for about 2-3 minutes on each side until they turn pink and are cooked through. Remove the shrimp and set aside.
- 3
Prepare the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the diced plum tomatoes and cook for 5 minutes until they start to soften. Stir in the heavy cream and bring to a simmer. Add the grated Parmesan cheese and stir until melted and combined. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.
- 4
Combine Everything
Add the cooked lobster ravioli and shrimp back to the skillet. Gently toss everything together in the sauce until well coated. Cook for an additional 2 minutes to heat through.
- 5
Garnish and Serve
Remove from heat, stir in fresh basil, and serve immediately with extra Parmesan cheese if desired.
