Method
Pulled Pork Slider Directions
- 1
Prepare the Pork
Rub the pork shoulder with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder. Place it in a slow cooker.
- 2
Cook the Pork
Cover the pork shoulder and cook on low for 8 hours, or until the pork is tender and can be easily shredded.
- 3
Shred the Pork
Once cooked, remove the pork from the slow cooker and shred it using two forks. Return the shredded pork to the slow cooker and mix it with the barbecue sauce.
- 4
Prepare the Coleslaw
In a bowl, combine coleslaw mix, mayonnaise, and apple cider vinegar. Mix well and set aside.
- 5
Assemble the Sliders
To assemble, place a generous amount of pulled pork on the bottom half of each slider bun, top with coleslaw, and cover with the top half of the bun.
- 6
Serve
Serve the sliders warm with fries, chips, or additional coleslaw on the side.
