Prepare the Ribs
Remove the membrane from the back of the rack of pork ribs for better flavor absorption and tenderness.

Make the Dry Rub
In a small bowl, combine brown sugar, paprika, garlic powder, onion powder, salt, black pepper, and cayenne pepper. Mix well.

Apply Dry Rub
Rub the dry rub mixture generously over both sides of the ribs. Wrap the ribs in plastic wrap and refrigerate for at least 1 hour, preferably overnight.

Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 300°F (150°C).

Prepare Baking Sheet
Line a baking sheet with aluminum foil for easy cleanup. Place a wire rack on top of the baking sheet.

Bake the Ribs
Place the ribs on the wire rack, bone side down. Cover the ribs tightly with another piece of aluminum foil. Bake in the preheated oven for 2.5 to 3 hours until tender.

Make Barbecue Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, honey, smoked paprika, garlic powder, salt, and black pepper. Simmer over medium heat for 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Finish Cooking
Return the ribs to the oven (uncovered) and bake for an additional 30 minutes at 350°F (175°C) to caramelize the sauce.
Serving

Slice and Serve
Allow the ribs to rest for 10 minutes after baking. Slice between the bones and serve with extra barbecue sauce on the side.
