Method

Preparing the Fries

  1. 1

    Cutting the Potatoes

Wash and peel the Russet potatoes. Cut them into thin strips to create fries.

  2. 2

    Frying the Potatoes

Heat vegetable oil in a deep fryer or large pot to 350°F (175°C). Carefully add the cut potatoes to the hot oil in batches, frying until golden brown and crispy, about 4-5 minutes. Remove and drain on paper towels, then sprinkle with salt.

Preparing the Meat

  1. 3

    Cooking the Meat

Choose your preferred meat (brisket, pulled pork, chicken, or turkey). If using pre-cooked meat, heat it in a skillet over medium heat until warmed through. If cooking from raw, prepare according to your preferred recipe or method until fully cooked.

Assembling the Loaded Fries

  1. 4

    Layering the Ingredients

On a large serving platter or individual plates, layer the freshly fried fries. Top with the heated meat of your choice, followed by a generous pour of cheese sauce.

  2. 5

    Adding the Final Touches

Sprinkle diced tomatoes, onions, and sliced jalapenos over the cheese sauce. Finish with a dollop of sour cream on top.

  3. 6

    Serving

Serve immediately while hot and enjoy your loaded fries!
