Preparing the Bread

Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C).

Slice the baguette into 1/2 inch thick slices.

Place the slices on a baking sheet and brush each side lightly with olive oil.

Toast the bread in the oven for about 10 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy.
Making the Topping

Dice the fresh tomatoes and place them in a mixing bowl.

Finely chop the fresh basil leaves and add them to the bowl with the tomatoes.

Mince the garlic cloves and add them to the mixture.

Season the mixture with salt and black pepper. Toss gently to combine.
Assembling the Bruschetta

Remove the toasted bread from the oven and let it cool slightly.

Top each slice of toasted bread with a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture.

Drizzle balsamic glaze over the top of each bruschetta.
