If you have not done so already, smoke the brisket until tender, which takes about 6-8 hours depending on size. Once cooked, allow it to rest for at least 30 minutes before slicing.

In a saucepan over medium heat, combine cheddar cheese, cream cheese, and milk. Stir continuously until melted and smooth.

Add garlic powder, onion powder, chili powder, salt, and black pepper to the cheese mixture. Mix well and remove from heat.
Assemble Nachos

Spread the tortilla chips evenly on a large baking sheet or serving platter.
