Bring a large pot of salted water to a boil. Add the corn on the cob and cook for about 5-7 minutes until tender. Remove from the pot and let cool slightly.

In a mixing bowl, combine mayonnaise, lime juice, chili powder, cilantro, salt, and black pepper. Mix well until smooth.
