Instructions for Seafood Lasagna
- 1
Prepare the Seafood
In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté for about a minute until fragrant. Then add shrimp and scallops, cooking until shrimp are pink and scallops are opaque, about 3-4 minutes. Finally, gently fold in the crab meat, season with salt, black pepper, and Italian seasoning. Remove from heat.
- 2
Make the Cream Sauce
In a saucepan, heat the heavy cream over medium heat. Stir in half of the Parmesan cheese and half of the Romano cheese until melted and smooth. Add salt and pepper to taste. Set aside.
- 3
Prep the Lasagna
Preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C). Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions until al dente, then drain and set aside.
- 4
Layer the Lasagna
In a baking dish, spread a thin layer of the cream sauce at the bottom. Layer 4 lasagna noodles, followed by half of the seafood mixture, half of the spinach, and a layer of cream sauce. Repeat the layers, finishing with a final layer of noodles, cream sauce, and remaining Parmesan and Romano cheese on top.
- 5
Bake
Cover the baking dish with aluminum foil and bake in the preheated oven for 25 minutes. Remove the foil and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes until the top is golden and bubbly.
- 6
Serve
Let the lasagna cool for 10 minutes before slicing. Serve warm and enjoy your delicious seafood lasagna!
