Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Mushrooms

Clean the mushrooms with a damp cloth and trim the stems if necessary. Set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Garlic

In a large skillet, melt the butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant, being careful not to burn it.

  3. 3

    Add the Mushrooms

Add the whole mushrooms to the skillet. Sauté for about 5-7 minutes, stirring occasionally, until they start to brown and soften.

  4. 4

    Deglaze with Wine

Pour in the white wine and cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, allowing the wine to reduce slightly.

  5. 5

    Season the Dish

Add the chopped thyme, parsley, salt, and black pepper. Stir to combine and cook for another 2 minutes.

  6. 6

    Serve

Remove from heat and serve warm as a side dish or over pasta.
