Method

Preparation and Assembly

  1. 1

    Marinate the Roast Beef

In a bowl, combine soy sauce, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, onion powder, black pepper, and olive oil. Add the sliced roast beef, ensuring it is well-coated. Cover and marinate in the refrigerator for at least 2 hours or overnight for best results.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Sandwich

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). Thinly slice the marinated roast beef. Place the hoagie rolls on a baking sheet, and fill each with the sliced roast beef. Top each sandwich with 2 slices of Swiss cheese.

  3. 3

    Bake the Sandwiches

Bake the sandwiches in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the rolls are slightly crispy.

  4. 4

    Serve

Remove the sandwiches from the oven and serve with hot au jus for dipping. Plate with seasoned fries on the side.
