Method
Preparation
- 1
Prepare the Tenderloin
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Trim any excess fat from the pork tenderloin and pat it dry with paper towels.
- 2
Season the Pork
Rub the pork tenderloin with salt, black pepper, garlic powder, and onion powder evenly on all sides.
- 3
- 4
Coat the Pork
Dredge the seasoned pork tenderloin in flour, shaking off excess. Dip it into the egg mixture, then coat it in breadcrumbs, pressing gently to adhere.
- 5
Fry the Pork
In a large skillet, heat the oil over medium-high heat. Once hot, carefully add the breaded pork tenderloin and cook for about 4-5 minutes on each side, until golden brown.
- 6
Finish in the Oven
Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for an additional 15-20 minutes, or until the internal temperature reaches 145°F (63°C).
- 7
Rest and Serve
Remove the pork from the oven and let it rest for 5-10 minutes before slicing. Serve with your choice of sides.
