Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Burger Patty

In a bowl, season the ground beef with salt and black pepper. Form the beef into a patty about 1/2 inch thick.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon

In a skillet over medium heat, cook the smoked apple bacon until crisp. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Cook the Burger Patty

In the same skillet, add the burger patty. Cook for about 4-5 minutes on one side, then flip.

  4. 4

    Add Cheese

After flipping the burger, place the slice of American cheese on top of the patty. Cook for an additional 3-4 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the burger is cooked to your liking.

  5. 5

    Toast the Bun

In a separate pan, melt butter over medium heat. Toast the burger bun cut side down until golden brown.

  6. 6

    Assemble the Burger

Place the cooked burger patty with melted cheese on the bottom half of the toasted bun. Top with crispy bacon and cover with the top half of the bun.

  7. 7

    Serve

Serve hot and enjoy your delicious bacon burger!
