Marinate the Proteins

In a bowl, combine olive oil, lemon juice, minced garlic, black pepper, and sea salt. Add the organic chicken breast and salmon fillet, ensuring they are well-coated. Let marinate for at least 30 minutes.

Prepare the Vegetables

Slice the zucchini and bell pepper into thin strips. Rinse the spinach and set aside.

Cook the Proteins

Heat a grill pan over medium heat. Cook the marinated chicken breast for about 6-7 minutes on each side until cooked through. Grill the salmon fillet for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until flaky.

Sauté the Vegetables

In a separate skillet, add olive oil and sauté the zucchini and bell pepper for about 5 minutes. Add the spinach and cook until wilted.

On a serving plate, arrange the sautéed vegetables. Slice the grilled chicken and salmon and place them on top. Garnish with fresh basil and serve.
