Cooking the Potatoes

    Prepare the Potatoes

    Peel and dice the potato into small cubes. In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the diced potatoes and sprinkle with paprika. Cook until golden brown and tender, about 10-12 minutes, stirring occasionally.

Cooking the Meats

    Cook the Meats

    In the same skillet or a separate one, cook the bacon until crispy. Remove and set aside. In the same skillet, cook the sausage link until browned and cooked through. Slice the sausage and set aside. Finally, heat the ham slices for 1-2 minutes until warmed.

    Cook the Eggs

    In a non-stick pan, crack the eggs and cook over easy, about 2-3 minutes on each side. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

Assembling the Dish

    Serve

    On a plate, arrange the cooked potatoes, bacon, sausage, and ham. Place the eggs over easy on top, and serve with the toasted white or multigrain bread on the side.
