Pork Chops and Sauce

Prepare the Pork Chops
Season the pork chops with salt and black pepper on both sides. In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium-high heat and sear the pork chops for about 4-5 minutes on each side until golden brown. Remove from the skillet and set aside.

Make the Sauce
In the same skillet, add the diced apples and raisins, sauté for about 2-3 minutes until softened. Pour in the brandy and let it reduce for 2 minutes. Stir in the demi-glace sauce and return the pork chops to the skillet. Simmer for an additional 5-7 minutes until the pork chops are cooked through and the sauce thickens.

Serve the Dish
