Make the White Dog Sauce
In a bowl, combine mayonnaise, sour cream, lemon juice, minced garlic, hot sauce, salt, black pepper, and dried dill. Mix well and set aside.

Prepare the Shrimp
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, cornstarch, baking powder, salt, and black pepper. In another bowl, beat the eggs and mix with buttermilk.

Batter the Shrimp
Dip each shrimp into the egg and buttermilk mixture, then coat them in the flour mixture. Shake off excess flour.

Fry the Shrimp
In a heavy pot or deep fryer, heat vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Fry the shrimp in batches until golden brown, about 3-4 minutes per batch. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Serve
Toss the fried shrimp in the white dog sauce before serving. Enjoy!
