Prepare the Fries
Wash and cut the Russet potatoes into fry shapes. Rinse them in cold water and soak for 30 minutes. Drain and pat dry.

Cook the Macaroni
Boil macaroni according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

Combine
Mix the cooked macaroni with the cheese sauce until well coated.
Collard Greens

Cook the Collards
Add chopped collard greens and chicken broth. Season with salt and pepper. Simmer for about 30 minutes until tender.
Pulled Pork

Prepare the Pork
Rub pork shoulder with BBQ seasoning and salt. Place in a slow cooker with apple cider vinegar.

Cook the Pork
Cook on low for 8 hours or until the pork is tender and easily shredded.
Bourbon BBQ Sauce

Make the Sauce
In a saucepan, combine ketchup, brown sugar, bourbon, apple cider vinegar, Worcestershire sauce, garlic powder, and salt. Bring to a simmer and cook for 15 minutes.

On a plate, layer the fries, followed by mac and cheese, sautéed collard greens, pulled pork, and drizzle with bourbon BBQ sauce.
