Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Ingredients
Gather all the ingredients and have them ready to assemble the burger.
- 2
Cook the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.
- 3
Form and Season the Patties
Form the certified Angus beef into two patties. Season each patty with salt and pepper on both sides.
- 4
Cook the Patties
In the same skillet used for bacon, cook the beef patties over medium-high heat for about 4-5 minutes on each side, or until they reach your desired doneness.
- 5
Melt the Cheese
In the last minute of cooking, place a slice of provolone, American, and Swiss cheese on each patty to melt.
- 6
Toast the Buns
While the cheese is melting, toast the brioche buns in a separate pan or under a broiler until golden brown.
- 7
Assemble the Burger
On the bottom half of each toasted bun, layer the lettuce, followed by the burger patty with melted cheese, bacon strips, sliced tomato, and sliced onion. Top with the other half of the bun.
