Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Potato Hash

In a skillet over medium heat, melt 1 tablespoon of butter. Add the diced potatoes and cook until golden brown, about 10-12 minutes. Add fresh herbs, salt, and pepper to taste, and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes.

  2. 2

    Cook the Bacon or Sausage

In a separate skillet, cook the bacon or sausage over medium heat until crispy or cooked through, about 5-7 minutes. Remove and set aside.

  3. 3

    Make the French Toast Mixture

In a shallow bowl, whisk together the eggs, milk, vanilla extract, cinnamon, and a pinch of salt.

  4. 4

    Cook the French Toast

In a skillet, melt 1 tablespoon of butter over medium heat. Dip each slice of bread into the egg mixture, allowing it to soak for a few seconds on each side, then place in the skillet. Cook for 3-4 minutes on each side or until golden brown.

  5. 5

    Prepare the Eggs

In the same skillet used for the French toast, crack the two eggs and cook them to your liking (scrambled, fried, etc.).

  6. 6

    Serve the Platter

On a large plate, arrange the French toast, bacon or sausage, herbed potatoes, and the cooked eggs. Serve warm.
