Frittata Ingredients

Method

Cooking Directions

  1. 1

    Prepping the Ingredients

Gather all your ingredients and preheat the oven to 375°F (190°C).

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat a little oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, red and green bell peppers, and mushrooms. Sauté until softened, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Mixing the Egg Base

In a large bowl, whisk together the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Stir in the diced ham, crumbled sausage, crumbled bacon, and herbed potatoes.

  4. 4

    Combine and Cook

Add the sautéed vegetables to the egg mixture and stir until combined. Pour the mixture back into the skillet. Cook on the stovetop for 5 minutes until the edges begin to set.

  5. 5

    Bake the Frittata

Transfer the skillet to the preheated oven and bake for 20-25 minutes or until the center is set and the top is golden.

  6. 6

    Add Cheese and Serve

Remove from the oven and let it cool slightly. Drizzle with smoked gouda cheese sauce and garnish with sliced green onions before slicing and serving.
