Preparation Steps

  1. 1

    Prepare the Fajita Meat

In a skillet, heat the olive oil over medium-high heat. Add the fajita meat strips and season with salt, black pepper, and cumin. Cook for about 5-7 minutes, or until the meat is cooked through and slightly charred. Remove from heat and set aside.

  2. 2

    Assemble the Nachos

Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). On a baking sheet, arrange the triangle tostadas in a single layer. Spread a layer of refried beans on top of each tostada, followed by the cooked fajita meat and a generous sprinkling of shredded cheese.

  3. 3

    Bake the Nachos

Place the baking sheet in the preheated oven and bake for about 10-12 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

  4. 4

    Serve

Once baked, remove from the oven and top with shredded lettuce, pico de gallo, dollops of sour cream, and guacamole. Serve hot and enjoy!
