Prepare the Steak and Chorizo
In a skillet, heat 1 tablespoon of olive oil over medium-high heat. Season the steak with salt, pepper, and cumin. Cook the steak for about 4-5 minutes on each side until desired doneness. Remove from skillet, let it rest for a few minutes, and then slice thinly. In the same skillet, add the chorizo and cook until browned and crispy. Set aside.

Cook the Spanish Rice
Prepare the Spanish rice according to package instructions. You can add extra spices for flavor if desired.

Assemble the Burrito
Lay a flour tortilla flat and layer the Spanish rice, sliced steak, cooked chorizo, black beans, and shredded cheese in the center. Fold in the sides and roll tightly to enclose the filling.

Prepare the Guacamole Salad
In a bowl, mix shredded lettuce, diced tomatoes, and guacamole. Toss gently to combine.

Slice the burrito in half and serve with the guacamole salad and a dollop of sour cream on the side.
