Appetizers

1

Prepare the Bruschetta

Slice the loaf of bread into 1-inch thick pieces and toast them lightly in the oven at 375°F (190°C) for about 10 minutes or until golden.

2

Mix the Topping

In a bowl, combine the diced tomatoes, chopped basil, minced garlic, olive oil, balsamic vinegar, salt, and pepper. Mix until well combined.

3

Assemble

Top each toasted bread slice with a generous spoonful of the tomato mixture. Serve immediately.

Main Course

4

Marinate the Chicken

In a bowl, mix lemon juice, minced garlic, chopped rosemary, olive oil, salt, and pepper. Add the chicken breasts and marinate for at least 30 minutes.

5

Cook the Chicken

Preheat the grill or a skillet over medium heat. Remove chicken from marinade and cook for about 6-7 minutes on each side or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).

6

Serve

Let the chicken rest for a few minutes before slicing. Serve with a side of your choice.

Dessert

7

Prepare the Berries

In a mixing bowl, toss the mixed berries with sugar and let them sit for about 10 minutes to draw out their juices.

8

Serve with Whipped Cream

Spoon the berries into serving dishes and top with a dollop of whipped cream. Serve immediately.
