Carefully select three bottles of wine: a Chardonnay, a Pinot Noir, and a Cabernet Sauvignon, ensuring they complement each other and the food pairings.

Select Wines

Chill the Chardonnay and Pinot Noir in the refrigerator for at least 1 hour before serving. The Cabernet Sauvignon can be served at room temperature.

Chill the Wines

Arrange an assortment of cheeses on a large platter. Include a variety of textures and flavors, such as soft brie, sharp cheddar, and blue cheese.

Prepare the Cheese Platter

Place assorted cured meats on a board next to the cheese platter. Include salami, prosciutto, and chorizo for a variety of tastes.

Prepare the Charcuterie Board

Fill a small bowl with olives and place it on the table. Open the box of crackers and arrange them on the side of the cheese and charcuterie boards.

Add Accompaniments

Add fresh herbs and citrus wedges to the table for decoration and additional flavoring options.

Garnish the Table

Pour the chilled Chardonnay and Pinot Noir into glasses, leaving the Cabernet Sauvignon for later. Ensure each guest has a glass for tasting.

Serve the Wines
