Choose two bottles of wine from Charleston's James Beard Award winning selection. Allow them to breathe for about 30 minutes before serving.

Select Wine

Arrange a cheese platter with a variety of cheeses. Place a charcuterie platter next to it, featuring cured meats, nuts, and fruits.

Prepare Cheese and Charcuterie

Fill small bowls with olives and grapes. Arrange assorted crackers on a platter.

Set Up Accompaniments

Set all items on a table for guests to enjoy during cocktail hour.

Serve

In a large bowl, combine salad greens, halved cherry tomatoes, and sliced cucumber. Drizzle with balsamic vinaigrette and toss gently.

Prepare Salad

Grill chicken breasts until cooked through, approximately 6-7 minutes per side. Ensure internal temperature reaches 75°C (165°F).

Cook Chicken

Toss seasonal vegetables with olive oil, salt, and pepper. Roast in an oven at 200°C (400°F) for 20-25 minutes.

Roast Vegetables

Slice a loaf of bread, spread garlic butter on each piece, and bake in the oven until golden brown.

Prepare Garlic Bread

Plate the salad, grilled chicken, and roasted vegetables. Serve garlic bread on the side.
