Cooking Instructions

1. Prepare the Ingredients

Gather all the ingredients. If using shrimp, ensure they are peeled and deveined.

2. Cook the Protein

3. Add the Curry Paste

Stir in the green curry paste and cook for another 2 minutes until fragrant.

4. Add Coconut Milk and Vegetables

Pour in the coconut milk and bring to a simmer. Add the broccoli, zucchini, cabbage, and carrots. Cook for about 5-7 minutes until vegetables are tender.

6. Serve

Serve hot over rice or noodles, garnished with additional basil if desired.
