Marinade and Chicken
Method
Marinating and Grilling
- 1
Prepare the Marinade
In a large bowl, whisk together the lemon juice, olive oil, chopped rosemary, minced garlic, salt, and black pepper.
- 2
Marinate the Chicken
Add the chicken breasts to the marinade, ensuring they are well coated. Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes, or up to 2 hours for better flavor.
- 3
Preheat the Grill
Preheat your grill to medium-high heat.
- 4
Grill the Chicken
Remove the chicken from the marinade and discard the marinade. Grill the chicken for 6-7 minutes on each side, or until the internal temperature reaches 165°F (75°C).
- 5
Serve
Let the chicken rest for a few minutes after grilling before slicing. Serve warm with your choice of sides.
