Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Farro

In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of farro with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes or until the farro is tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add the Veggies

Add the sliced carrot, diced bell pepper, sliced zucchini, and broccoli florets to the skillet. Sauté for about 8-10 minutes until the vegetables are tender-crisp.

  4. 4

    Season and Combine

Stir in the cooked farro, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until everything is well combined and heated through.

  5. 5

    Garnish and Serve

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and serve warm.
