Cook the Farro
In a medium saucepan, combine 1 cup of farro with 3 cups of water. Bring to a boil, then reduce heat to low, cover, and simmer for about 25-30 minutes or until the farro is tender. Drain any excess water and set aside.

Sauté the Vegetables
In a large skillet, heat 2 tablespoons of olive oil over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and sauté for about 1 minute until fragrant.

Season and Combine
Stir in the cooked farro, soy sauce, salt, and black pepper. Cook for an additional 3-5 minutes, stirring frequently until everything is well combined and heated through.

Remove from heat, stir in the chopped parsley, and serve warm.
