Pita Chips
Method
Preparation and Baking
Preheat the Oven
Preheat your oven to 375°F (190°C).
Prepare the Pita
Cut each pita bread into 8 wedges, creating triangles.
Season the Chips
In a large bowl, combine the olive oil, salt, garlic powder, paprika, black pepper, and dried oregano. Toss the pita wedges in the mixture until evenly coated.
Arrange on Baking Sheet
Spread the seasoned pita wedges in a single layer on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
Bake the Chips
Bake in the preheated oven for about 10-15 minutes, or until golden brown and crispy. Keep an eye on them to prevent burning.
Cool and Serve
Remove the chips from the oven and let them cool for a few minutes before serving. Enjoy with your favorite dip!
