Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Prepare the Steak

Season the porterhouse steak with salt and black pepper. Heat a grill or skillet over medium-high heat and cook the steak to your preferred doneness, approximately 4-5 minutes per side for medium-rare. Once cooked, let it rest for 10 minutes before slicing.

  2. 2

    Sauté the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add sliced bell peppers and onion, sautéing until they are soft and slightly caramelized, about 8-10 minutes.

  3. 3

    Roast the Potatoes

Preheat the oven to 425°F (220°C). Cut the potatoes into wedges, toss with olive oil, salt, and black pepper, and roast in the oven for 25-30 minutes until golden and crispy.

  4. 4

    Cook the Sausages

In a separate skillet, cook the sausage links over medium heat until browned and cooked through, about 10-12 minutes.

  5. 5

    Combine and Serve

On a large platter, arrange the sliced porterhouse steak, sautéed peppers and onions, roasted potatoes, and sausage links. Drizzle with sweet and spicy pepperonchini juice before serving.
