Ingredients for Parm Sliders
Method
Directions for Preparing Parm Sliders
- 1
Prepare the Chicken or Meatballs
If using chicken, heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add minced garlic and sauté until fragrant. Add the sliced chicken, Italian seasoning, salt, and black pepper. Cook until the chicken is fully cooked, about 5-7 minutes. For meatballs, heat them in a separate pan until warmed through.
- 2
Assemble the Sliders
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C). Slice the onion focaccia bread horizontally, creating tops and bottoms for each slider. Place the bottom half of the focaccia on a baking sheet. Layer the cooked chicken or meatballs on the bread, then top with melted mozzarella cheese.
- 3
Bake the Sliders
Place the assembled sliders in the oven and bake for 10-15 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
- 4
Serve
Remove from the oven, garnish with fresh basil, and serve the sliders warm.
