Cooking Directions
- 1
Prepare the Meatball Mixture
In a large mixing bowl, combine the ground beef, ground veal, breadcrumbs, Parmesan cheese, eggs, minced garlic, chopped parsley, salt, and black pepper. Mix until well combined.
- 2
Form the Meatballs
Using your hands, form the mixture into meatballs, about 1 to 1.5 inches in diameter. Place them on a baking sheet lined with parchment paper.
- 3
Cook the Meatballs
Preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C). Bake the meatballs in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until cooked through and browned on the outside.
- 4
Prepare the Sauce
In a large saucepan, combine marinara and ragu sauces over medium heat. Allow to simmer while the meatballs are baking.
- 5
Combine Meatballs and Sauce
Once the meatballs are cooked, add them to the saucepan with the sauce. Stir gently to coat the meatballs in the sauce and allow to simmer for an additional 5-10 minutes.
