Cooking Instructions

  1. 1

    Cook the Pasta

In a large pot, bring salted water to a boil. Add the pasta and cook according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Prepare the Vegetables

In a large skillet, heat olive oil over medium heat. Add chopped onions, and sauté until translucent. Add mushrooms, broccoli, peas, and diced yellow squash. Cook until vegetables are tender, about 5-7 minutes.

  3. 3

    Add Prosciutto

Stir in the prosciutto and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes until heated through.

  4. 4

    Combine Sauce and Cream

Pour in the marinara sauce and heavy cream. Stir well to combine and let simmer for about 5 minutes, allowing the flavors to meld.

  5. 5

    Mix in Pasta

Add the cooked pasta to the skillet and toss until well coated with the sauce. Season with salt and black pepper to taste.

  6. 6

    Serve

Serve hot with a sprinkle of Parmesan cheese on top.
