Method

Dough Preparation

  1. 1

    Make the Dough

In a bowl, mix the warm water and yeast, let it sit for 5 minutes. In a separate bowl, combine the flour and salt. Add the yeast mixture and olive oil to the flour. Knead until smooth. Let rise for 1 hour.

Roasted Garlic Cream Sauce

  1. 2

    Prepare the Sauce

Roast garlic bulbs in the oven at 400°F for 30-35 minutes. Squeeze out the garlic and mix with heavy cream, Parmesan cheese, salt, and pepper. Simmer on low heat for 10 minutes.

Pizza Assembly

  1. 3

    Assemble the Pizza

Preheat the oven to 500°F (or use a wood fire oven). Roll out the dough to your desired thickness. Spread the roasted garlic cream sauce over the dough, then add mozzarella cheese, mushrooms, and caramelized onions. Drizzle with truffle oil.

  2. 4

    Bake the Pizza

Bake for 10-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and the cheese is bubbly. Garnish with fresh basil before serving.
