Prepare the crust
Preheat the oven to 350°F (175°C). In a mixing bowl, combine graham cracker crumbs, melted butter, and sugar. Mix until well combined. Press the mixture into the bottom and up the sides of a 9-inch pie dish. Bake for 8-10 minutes until set. Allow to cool.
Lemon Filling

Make the lemon filling
In a bowl, whisk together lemon juice, lemon zest, condensed milk, and egg yolks until smooth. Pour the filling into the cooled pie crust.

Bake the pie
Bake the pie in the preheated oven for 15-20 minutes until the filling is set but slightly jiggly in the center. Remove from the oven and let it cool completely.
Fruit Coulis

Prepare the raspberry coulis
In a small saucepan, combine raspberry puree, sugar, and water. Heat over medium heat, stirring until the sugar dissolves. Simmer for 5 minutes until slightly thickened. Remove from heat and cool.

Serve the pie
Once the pie has cooled, slice and serve topped with raspberry and strawberry coulis.
