Method

Directions for Lobster Scampi or Fra Diavolo

  1. 1

    Prepare the Linguine

Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

  2. 2

    Make the Sauce

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.

  3. 3

    Add Tomatoes and Wine

Stir in the cherry tomatoes, white wine, and crushed tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

  4. 4

    Incorporate Lobster

Add the lobster meat to the skillet, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until the lobster is heated through.

  5. 5

    Combine with Pasta

Add the cooked linguine to the skillet, tossing to coat the pasta in the sauce. Stir in the remaining butter and chopped parsley.

  6. 6

    Serve

Plate the lobster scampi or fra diavolo and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
