Prepare the Linguine
Cook the linguine according to package instructions until al dente. Drain and set aside.

In a large skillet, heat the olive oil and 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add the minced garlic and red pepper flakes, sautéing until fragrant.

Add Tomatoes and Wine
Stir in the cherry tomatoes, white wine, and crushed tomatoes. Cook for about 5 minutes until the tomatoes soften.

Incorporate Lobster
Add the lobster meat to the skillet, stirring gently to combine. Season with salt and pepper. Let it cook for another 3-4 minutes until the lobster is heated through.

Plate the lobster scampi or fra diavolo and garnish with additional parsley if desired.
