Rabada Preparation
1. Sear the Oxtail
In a large pot, heat the olive oil over medium heat. Add the oxtail pieces and sear until browned on all sides.
2. Sauté Vegetables
Add chopped onions, minced garlic, sliced carrots, and chopped celery to the pot. Sauté until the vegetables are softened.
3. Add Flavorings

4. Add Broth and Simmer
