Prepare the Bacon
In a skillet over medium heat, cook the bacon strips until crispy. Remove and drain on paper towels.

Scramble the Eggs
In a bowl, whisk the cage-free eggs with salt and pepper. Heat olive oil in the same skillet over medium heat and pour in the eggs. Stir gently until the eggs are softly scrambled.

Combine Ingredients
Once the eggs are cooked, add the charbroiled chicken and pepper jack cheese to the skillet and stir until the cheese is melted and everything is heated through.

Serve
Plate the scrambled egg mixture and top with crispy bacon strips. Add a generous scoop of guacamole on the side.
