Prepare the Chicken or Steak
Preheat your grill or stovetop grill pan. Season the chicken or steak with salt, pepper, and any desired spices. Grill for about 6-8 minutes per side for chicken or 4-5 minutes per side for steak, or until fully cooked. Let it rest before slicing.

Prepare the Vegetables
While the meat is grilling, julienne the carrot and jicama, and dice the mango. Slice the scallions and chop the romaine lettuce.

Make the Peanut Aioli
In a bowl, mix together 1/2 cup of peanut butter, 1/4 cup of mayonnaise, 1 tablespoon of lime juice, 1 teaspoon of soy sauce, and 1 teaspoon of honey. Whisk until smooth and adjust seasoning to taste.

Assemble the Dish
In a large serving bowl or platter, layer the romaine lettuce, followed by the grilled chicken or steak slices, carrot, jicama, mango, and scallions. Top with crispy wontons. Drizzle generously with peanut aioli before serving.
