Cooking Instructions
- 1
Prepare the Oven
Preheat your oven to 475°F (245°C).
- 2
Roast the Broccoli
Toss the broccoli florets with 1 tablespoon of olive oil, salt, and pepper. Spread them on a baking sheet and roast in the preheated oven for about 15 minutes or until tender and slightly crispy.
- 3
Prepare the Herb-Garlic Oil
In a small bowl, mix the remaining olive oil, minced garlic, and chopped fresh herbs. Set aside to let the flavors infuse.
- 4
Roll Out the Dough
On a lightly floured surface, roll out the pizza dough to your desired thickness and shape.
- 5
Assemble the Pizza
Spread the pomodoro sauce evenly over the rolled-out dough. Dollop the almond ricotta on top, followed by the roasted broccoli, halved grape tomatoes, and sliced mushrooms.
- 6
Drizzle with Herb-Garlic Oil
Drizzle the prepared herb-garlic oil over the toppings.
- 7
Bake the Pizza
Transfer the assembled pizza to a baking sheet or pizza stone. Bake in the preheated oven for 12-15 minutes or until the crust is golden and crispy.
- 8
Serve
Remove the pizza from the oven, let it cool for a couple of minutes, slice, and serve hot.
